Ultimate Ears have just come through with a set of awesome waterproof bluetooth speakers for us. Now we can listen to "O Canada" as we train! It has also had some use as an aid in keeping our stroke rate constant throughout our training sessions.

River Run Rafting and Wilderness Resort provide many of us with gainful employment, making them the best rafting company on the Ottawa in our humble opinion. In ther past they have stepped up their support and partnered with us to run the 2013 Canadian R4 Rafting Championships, providing the rafts and logistic support from their superb resort on the banks of the Ottawa river. Come and be a part of the action with us this coming summer!

Norm at Mohaka Rafting stepped up and set us and the ladies team up with rafts to train in prior to the World Championships in New Zealand. Not only that, but they currently provide employment for 4 of us on the team.

Mondetta clothing - a genuine homegrown Canadian success story from Winnipeg, Manitoba. These guys have kindly set us up with a set of matching team track jackets to keep warm on the riverbank.

All of us spend our lives outside, and while this is great fun, we need to protect ourselves from the elements sometimes. Seaspecs have just come through with some great sunglasses for us to shield our eyes from all the harmful UV rays.

Kait Graham at The Burn Fitness has been making us suffer in our weekly circuit sessions. The results are definitely worth it though, and she certainly knows her stuff.
